I had a very relaxing soak at the mount hot pools this week with friends. I enjoyed my lunch at pilot bay afterwards followed by a nice walk along the board walk.
On a Monday morning I am in a walking group. This week we went to memorial park where we walked around it. It was really fun. I am happy I will be doing this each week to help with weight management.
I choose a dvd to watch called “cats” and then I got two books which I read at the library. It was a lovely and quiet morning which I throughly enjoyed!
