I got in the Wilrose garden this week to help plant some new seasonal vegies we've grown from seed. Beetroot, brocolli, cauliflower, and a variety of lettuce! The garden is looking great!
I went for a guided walk with Angus from the Tauranga city council through Johnson reserve to check out a waterfall. It was a new area i had never been before and worth the walk.
I enjoyed exploring the Blue Springs in Patararu. It was a lovely walk in nature and i learnt that this is where 70% of our bottled water comes from! Check out that crystal clear water.
I enjoyed going to 'just wanna have fun' morning at Greerton library. It was colouring around the world theme where i madfe my own passport and coloured in stamps from around the world. Then i made a special message in a bottle for my sister.
I've been busy in the Wilrose garden helping to repot vegie seedlings, spring onion, bok choy, chinese cabbage and I was impressed to see how much our string of pearl plants have grown.
