I had a really fun time checking out Tauranga library. I was able to get out a DVD that I wanted, did some mindful coliuring, and listened to story telling which was really cool
On a Monday morning I am in a walking group. This week we went to memorial park where we walked around it. It was really fun. I am happy I will be doing this each week to help with weight management.
I choose a dvd to watch called “cats” and then I got two books which I read at the library. It was a lovely and quiet morning which I throughly enjoyed!
