I went up to mitre 10 mega to buy some veggie seeds that are in season. I planted up a variety to put in the tunnel house to grow. I can’t wait until they are big enough to cook!

Dune weeding

I had a productive day doing dune weeding for Costal Care at Tay Street Mount Maunganui. We learnt about different weeds to remove and why it is important to do so.

Marshalls animal farm

I had a great time exploring Marshall's animal farm. Being spring there were lots on new life, a baby foal, lambs & ducklings. It was nice having a cuddle with the guinea pig too.
