Farm to Fork - Cabbage
I had an interesting afternoon in the kitchen cooking some cabbage with the farm to fork / discovery group. We learned how to clean, chop and cook cabbage. Then got to taste it!
Sailability
I had a fun time at sailability this week. The sun was shining and the water was calm. I even got to pet a dog!
