I really enjoyed doing a mindfulness walk through the Bellevue wetlands and seeing all the different birds. We even got to see a kingfisher!

Reading at the library

I choose a dvd to watch called “cats” and then I got two books which I read at the library. It was a lovely and quiet morning which I throughly enjoyed!

Walk around memorial park

On a Monday morning I am in a walking group. This week we went to memorial park where we walked around it. It was really fun. I am happy I will be doing this each week to help with weight management.

Te Whare Tapa Wha- the Strand

Our roopu went to see the Te Awanui wake down town Tauranga but it was removed for restoration, so we went for a hikoi to view the Matariki display of the Seven sisters
