 I had an interesting afternoon in the kitchen cooking some cabbage with the farm to fork / discovery group. We learned how to clean, chop and cook cabbage. Then got to taste it! 

 We had five beautiful labradoodles come to the centre and I was in my element because I love dogs! 

 I spent a lovely morning out at a different park in The Lakes area with my friends. I love spending time with Nigel. We had a lovely time in the sensory room with the Swiss ball too. 

 I enjoyed a walk along by the water at the Waikareao Estuary with my friends.
